After the success of our first Event, and all the
compliments from our Guests, it is Rustenburg Exclusive Secret Dining’s
pleasure to invite you to our next Event:
On Saturday, 14 September 2013 ~ 18h30 for 19h00.
All our Events and Venues will be kept a secret, and
we can inform you that this event will be very different from our first! We love variety, and like to keep things
interesting for our Guests, as well as to satisfy all the different tastes and
personalities.
It is promised to be a truly unique event, with Live
Entertainment, and Rustenburg’s own Masterchef… Thys Hattingh, as our Chef for
the night. The theme for the evening is PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN.
Prepare yourself for a 6 course meal, where you can
see the food assembly line, and all the action in the kitchen, from your table.
We would love for you to join us for
this unique “Boere Kos” evening @ only R400 pp.

EVENT!
Traditional “old school” Ginger
beer on arrival
Your choice of Rosemary and Olive
Beer Bread, Mixed Herb Beer Bread or Cheese and Onion Beer Bread baked in tins
for the tables.
Course 1 – Boston Premium Lager
A new take on Pap & Kaiings served
on a pickled beetroot puree and micro herbs.

Course 2 – Naked Mexican
Traditional Boere Bobotie made with
Kudu and a Mexican kick in a cup.
Course 3 – Whale Ale
Offal & Ale Pie, a hearty pie
deconstructed with a Golden Puff Pastry top.
Course 4 – Loaded Cannon
Pork Terrine with soft boil Duck Egg
centre and “Boere Toast”.
Course 5 – Van Hunks Pumpkin Ale
Cinnamon, Pumpkin Sago, with a
Pumpkin Puree Served with a scoop homemade Van Hunks Pumpkin Ale Ice Cream.
